Sound London has moved to a new venue. The well-established entertainment business has moved literally 'across the road' and operates a three floor space at No.1 Leicester Square. The new Sound London boasts the very best in décor, sound systems and entertainment schedules coupled a fifth floor restaurant featuring panoramic views over Leicester Square and the city beyond.
Catering for a wide variety of events our separate spaces can be used individually or combined for an exclusive event with a total capacity of 1000. The new multi-£million build incorporates a new layout design which enables guests to easily move from floor to floor from within the main venue.
The venue incorporates the third, fourth and fifth floors of No.1 Leicester Square and enjoy the following features:
Level 3: This is the main floor and boasts a designer bar featuring surveillance mirrors which gives a truly unique 180 degree spyglass effect. The main dance area is also on this level, with State of the art LED lighting systems illuminating your event in ways never utilized before, and a brand new Sound System from Martin Audio, technology only just launched with Sound London being the first venue to feature this system. Sumptuous leather banquette seating and large sofas inspired by the famous designs of Hoffman are also found on this level which also incorporates a beautiful VIP Lounge which is a 'throw-back' to the 70's. This highly kitsch, classy and incredibly cool lounge area is a spectacle in itself.
Level 4: This mezzanine level overlooks Level 3 and has luxurious leather seating with a large bar featuring a Tungsten lighting system and headlight mirrors. The overall feel of the mezzanine is one of vibrant red colours and decadent style. This level also has one of the largest lighting features of the whole venue, an incredible creation built from the frames of 30 bicycles in a contemporary and ground-breaking design – it is a sight that must be seen to be believed!
Level 5 (The Ivory Room): This multipurpose level can be either a party venue in its own right or act as a restaurant to service the rest of the venue. No expense has been spared in building what will be known as The Ivory Room - a dedication to 1930's Edwardian London. This chic, elegant and classy area will primarily be the venue's restaurant floor. All catering is handled in-house, although reputable external catering companies are welcomed. Level 5 has unrivalled views over London and beyond plus its own DJ booth, sound & lighting system.
All levels have 3-phase & 13amp points, plasma screens and numerous branding opportunities as designed by the corporate in-house events team.
